    Hi guys

first i would like to say that i've used the forum search and I searched with google but i found nothing to resolve my problem.

    Okay here is my situation

I've had a system crash and now all my informations about my podcasts and playlists are lost.
okay i know if i install itunes on my new system my PC will overwrite all my music and playlists on my iPod touch.

But it would be very good if i could keep my plalists and all the media on my iPod.
Is there any possibility to get out the old iTunes Library informations of the iPod and put them in iTunes.
Because then the iTunes think that the iPod is not sync with another PC

it would be very nice if someone can help me

im pretty sure that program doesn recognize touch's, ppl need to realize the touch has NO DISK MODE so programs that work with other ipods, will not with the touch

Just use iPhonebrowser on windows to go into your ipod touch and go to the Folder with your music in it (sorry ive forgotten where it is) It should have folders inside that named F00 F01 F03 etc... and copy them to your iTunes folder on your pc, delete all the old songs from itunes, and open the new ones taken from the touch into itunes.
Sync with the ipod and that should be it.

This will probably not work with playlists though, just single music files.

Also, if youre music files are named stuff like GTFE (or similar) then dont rename them, itunes does that itself (some might not be renamed but most will)
