Opinion: Apple Television?

Idiotic.

I could care less about it. Don't need one. Never will. I'm fine with what I current have.

Not for me and not for many. I mean, I just want to watch TV, so I use Foxtel.

I have an xbox for that (but you need xbox live gold ). Perfect for someone who has a lot of Apple products?

I really hate that so much. That's why I don't have an xbox...you have to put so much money into it just to play online, yet games on the computer are free to play Microsoft live online. Logic behind this=none.

I think we may see it, simply because Apple has done so many things we didn't expect.
I think we won't see it, simply because this has been rumored over and over and over and over, year after year after year after year and nothing has happened.

I hope it comes this coming year (2013)...it'll be interesting to see. I think this might be why they changed the iPad upgrade cycle to the Fall. Apple changed everything with the phone, the post-pc tablet ..so why not the TV?

It's a big step, but I can definitely see it happening. The iPad Mini was rumored for over 2 years and it still came.

We already have smart TVs, and I don't care about those either.

I do care. Frankly, an Apple TV with all the amazing cloud service that apple has to offer like photostream, iTunes Match and even apps is a great concept. All my concerns are about the prices and what apple will do to make the iTunes better.

At this point I was expecting you to say the three growing product lines. You just stopped at iPod lol
