I agree with you, especially because it looks like it is. It doesn't even have good css3 support (it's mozilla-like (w/o moz-webkit, just -webkit, Opera Mini still is better with css3 than IE though.). Also UserAgent is not compatible on Opera Mini. See my review on it in the same forum.
No offense, but OPERA MINI freaks me out! When I use Opera mini and go to any website such as google.com, it said china blocked it! Then it told me to download opera mini china which safari can't DOWNLOAD! CHINA! ahh
