OpenSSH - Doesn't appear on Springboard?

    I seem to have it installed but it doesn't show on my Springboard, I've restored etc and still no luck when it's installed. Any ideas guys? Help appreciated..

    It never does! SSH isn't an app you access from the springboard.

    you are supposed to use a utility app such as services.app,itoggle.app,Bossprefs.app. etc to turn ssh on and off. if you dont install one of those after you install ssh, then it will always be on and drain battery life

    If you are worried about ssh taking battery life, the ssh is only active when you are connected to it. So don't worry.

    Pretty confused, when my iPod was 1.1.2 I'm pretty sure there was a OpenSSH app that I clicked to turn on/off?

    Anyway I've installed Services and activated SSH but can't log in
