i searched and searched and searched and i didnt find an answer to this question, so if it is here, please just direct me to a link or something.

im curious as to whether the openiboot thingy (that can be used to dual boot with linux) can be used instead to dual boot with an older firmware? (like the title says)

ive seen all over on how to do 1.1.4/1.1 firmware dualboot, but not a 2.2/1.1.4 dualboot. have you seen a 2.2/1.1.4 tutorial anywhere? if so, can you link it?
