Open letter to Steve Jobs I'm not happy with apple policy about us, iPod Touch users so, I wrote a letter. I think that if everybody send this to apple they will have to do something. I just need someone who check the English for me 'cause I'm french. Dear Steve Jobs, I want to thank you for the amazing device that you are giving to us. Your computers are just fabulous, your iPod genius, your iPhone amazing. But it seems you don't really care about iPod Touch users. In January 2008, you released an update for the iPod Touch, that we had to pay, almost 20$. Today, you release a new firmware for the Touch, again, you are asking iPod Touch users to pay for this update. The same price for everyone, even people who already bought the January Update that you are giving in this new firmware. I'm trying since twenty two hours to download this product but your servers seem to be down. This release is not a good job, Steve... That's bullsh*t, you CAN'T use your leader position like that. Yes, today you're the leader, your devices are always innovating, but be careful please, don't play with people like you are doing now. What I am and we are asking you is at least give to us some redeem code for the same amount in iTunes for downloading music or application. Thank you very much. But remember today you are the leader, but keep going like that and tomorrow you'll be not anymore. An iPod Touch user. WE CAN'T STAY LIKE THAT and pay everything... What do you think?
