I wish Apple had a hacker program like Microsft & Facebook. Instead, they shut down your developer account like how they did it to Charlie

One of the "big" features for iOS 6 could be their own Maps system. Remember how they bought that high tech mapping system company, that took pictures with a plane I believe, some months ago?
It seemed much more realistic than what Google Maps has to offer, especially if they did some proper work on it.

So I guess that could be one feature coming at some point in the future.

I really think they should do something new with the iPod touch.

    Here's my thoughts:

    - Apple will reinvent the television
    - Apple will invest money towards medical research, and possibly find a cure for cancer by 2015

I also think they're obviously going to focus more on Cloud features.
The problem with moving straight in to the "Cloud" is that we don't live in a time where that's a good alternative. Wifi access can be quite limited and complicated when you're traveling or you're in public places. Developed countries are only now starting to slowly implement free public wifi in more places.

So I do think at some point they'll transition almost fully to cloud based stuff... It would allow, for example, the iPad's to remain their current size because most things would be stored in the cloud. So if we move in to the Post PC era, and tablets are more dominant, there's no need for them to have 500GB storage on them as computers do, as there's the cloud.

Idk, I also think Apple should consider buying a phone network company (maybe that's the wrong term, but basically something like AT&T), as it would be allow more integration and control for Apple, and targeting only Apple users, they could allow for something such as FaceTime over 3G, which I think is not an alternative because network companies don't want it because of how heavy it becomes in data usage?
Apple has those billions laying around... They could do something big there I think. And the FaceTime over 3G, if not offered by other companies, could be a good way to attract people to it.

I dunno, random ideas, I may be very off and I may be wrong on some facts so yeah :p

If they do this right, then yes. By "right" I mean not making everything run on the same OS for no reason; AKA what Microsoft is doing with Windows 8. With the top phone, tablet, and really good computer lineup, instead of completely unifying them, Apple should just tightly integrate them with services like iCloud. This would encourage consumers that already own all three major Apple products to keep upgrading and also give users of just one or two products a reason to buy the remaining counterparts.

Also, I love how ML harnesses the power of Mac trackpads. Gestures are useful and feel natural. It just works. This also prepares Apple and users to be able to switch to an OS X powered hybrid laptop. Apple is great at slowly migrating users to a new platform so that it is easy to pick up; it's hard to not believe that either an iPad with snap on keyboard similar to the Transformer Prime or hybrid laptop is coming sooner rather than later.

Apple is right where they want to be. Again, if they can perform this correctly and not follow the footsteps on Microsoft, Apple could soon become the leader of computers by strongly encouraging and giving users a reason to go all Apple. This might be the biggest and best year for them - but they better not screw this up.

Apple should invest a ton of money in Nanotechnology research. The assembler will give us things like a cure for cancer and aging and a ton of other things we can only dream of now.

I think ios and os x will merge more and more until they are so similar. It's already showing up in mountain lion. I also think they will reinvent the television.

Technology is kinda fast, so i think apple will go smooth for a couple of years, and then they'll be something "BIG" again or something. Maybe. Or they might have something up their sleeves that will make the iphone seem cool, idk
