Ok, I followed every instruction in this tutorial: http://www.ifans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=137796
But, I did the final step, my iPod was booting, now it's stuck in the mode where it shows the USB plug pointing to the iTunes logo. I have it plugged into my computer, and iTunes has recognized it, but I can't do anything with it, because it's still in DFU. Any help?
    I feel like such a noob :\
Wait, do I need the boothelper?

Try holding shift and clicking restore. This should allow you to restore your ipod and Cydia should be on there once completed.

No, it's not that I didn't know how to restore. I did that, but my iPod has the screen where it shows the USB cable pointing to the iTunes icon. It's recognized, and everything, but I think it might be stuck in DFU mode?

If it shows the cable on your ipod then it's not in DFU mode. This same thing happened to me last night and I just did the shift and restore and it came out of it.

Should I restore to the custom firmware, or the normal one?
