Has anyone else the same experiences?

Just updated to 2.0 with my 8gb Ipod touch, both Itunes and info on ipod
    say capacity: 7,1gb, available: 7,0gb.

I also have made a screenshot but i don't know
how to get it from the ipod, it doesn't appear to be under photos in itunes.

Yes, 2.0 removes everything you had on your iPod before the update. Also the firmware is mahoosive.

Yes, I updated with the free link, updating process took a long time, but it worked.
I know that the firmware delets all music and stuff, I just can't believe that
the firmware is that massive to take 1gb. With 1.1.4 there where at all about 7,5gb
capacity on the Ipod. Also due the firmware actually has a size of ~225mb, it means
the firmware on the ipod unpacked would have 1gb, the old firmware 1.1.4 only the half of it?

apple steals 1gb of my ipod
