Apple SERIOUSLY needs to implement a quick Network switching option. It should work (kinda) like SBSettings. A user can double tap the 3G/Edge/WiFi/Bluetooth icon, and a pop-up appears, giving them options such as toggling the network on/off, or switching it to something else.

That's kind of the whole point.

    I also agree.
Maybe not something EXACTLY like SBSettings, but you hold the Home button and then touch the top of the screen. Then a transparent drop-menu comes down and you can toggle the Wi-Fi settings and connect to different networks.

Same for bluetooth - wifi and bluetooth zapp battery, so it's sensible to switch them off when you don't need them. however this switch needs to be easily accessible as the whole point of wifi and bluetooth is quick conectivity to a network.

maybe someone could write an app that does this so we could put it on the home screen. would be better than having to go:

    settings - general - bluetooth - off/on
