Ok i have bought loads of games from Appstore now when i sync them to my ipod touch they work fine but if i install or uninstall anything from cydia my ipod just starts the small spinning wheel and it never stops till the ipod crashes (screen goes darker) then i have to hard reset after i start it again its just sits at the apple logo now i can still ssh to the ipod this is how i fix it as i have to rename my Appstore Applications (/var/mobile/Applications/)folder to something else as this is the culprit once renamed the lock screen appears and were back in action. Ok found a fix Cydia works 100% now i placed all my apps in Applications first i removed the apps from there parent folders ie. 0DF89B68-1CE2-4373-AA67-E31928F71E2B then moved the *****.app to my Applications (permissions for all folders 0777 or 0775 - do not change Cydia.app permissions)folder and created a folder named Documents in /var/mobile/ now all my apps work great though the icons change when you do this they become square like so. Don't delete (/var/mobile/Applications/) also keep the parent folders ie. 0DF89B68-1CE2-4373-AA67-E31928F71E2B the reason for this is because if you remove these itunes will sync a new folder thus making your app dead as the master key has changed just move the .app folders and you will be fine. also backup these two files from /var/mobile/Media/iTunes_Control/iTunes/ 1.IC-Info.sidb = this contains the unique signing code for the apps if you remove your applications folder from /var/mobile/ and sync new ones this will change so to get your apps working again just restore the backup and your apps will work again. 2.iTunesApplicationIDs = this just has all the installed apps names think this is not needed but i back it up any how.
