I have one very confused iPod right now. Opening the app "Juggler" causes instant crashing of the iPod, you can test it yourself on your iPhone OS 3.0 beta 5. Well, upon reboot, I get the Purple/Pink Recovery Mode logo, which is never good. Well, it's no big deal, I'll just restore. Well, I would, but iTunes isn't liking it so much right now, not recognizing it. But more than that, and I'll attach a picture, it still shows the battery life, and I still get the slide to turn off. A rarity indeed. I got it once before on 2.2.1 after a hard jb crash. :| But anyway, I have pictures this time. I'll upload them in just a moment.

Any ideas on how to kick this SOB out of Recov mode?

And if I let the Power Off time out, I get the full Status bar. :|

They were taken with my Blackberry, so they suck.

Yea. I'm legal, so it has NOTHING to do with that. It's just weird. If Chris Stroud says that RedTool will boot it out for me, I'll try that. There is nothing wrong with the OS, or Userland, or anything on /, it's just being stupid and won't boot out.

Don't you mean it's spelled redTool? He didn't really say it out loud...

Can't you just DFU Restore it..?

Yeah... Nobody except you, jfb, and the Dev Team have shown that they can jailbreak the 2G yet. I doubt brewster got it on his own. Lol.

Yea, really. You can see the PSOD. You can see the normal slider. I'm obviously on 3.0, unjailbroken.

If I could get something to try Chris, that'd be great. I COULD DFU restore it, but honestly, I would rather not, since I know that it isn't necessary. :|

    Oh, and Juggler : info

I'm definately on iTunes 8.2.0.13, which is the most recent. I think iTunes is just confused, since it's in this limbo. I can put it into normal Recovery if needed, or DFU if that help.
