In general, I have never used the 'On the Go' playlist however, recently, I decided that I would like to add specific songs as and when I wanted to.

On older iPods, you would press and hold the select button to add the song (or some easy method such as that, it has been a while and as said something I didn't really do!)

Is there a simple method for doing this on the iTouch/iPhone? From what I have been able to see so far, you have to search through your library until you find the song and then add this. I would prefer to be able to click a button and have it quickly added rather than scroll through all my songs... Even using the letters at the side it is still a slower process thatn I would like.

    Thanks

Why scroll all songs? Just enter On-The-Go playlist edit mode and navigate artists/albums/songs as you usually do.
