    So I was using my itouch and set it down for a few minutes. When I picked it back up I could not get it to turn on. The on/off switch seems to be depressed in. Any ideas? THANK YOU!

    try "grabbing" it with your finger nails and wiggle it?

    This is what I hate most about the design of the 2nd/3rd gen touches. I loved the 1G's design and my power button still clicks loud and clear even after throwing at the edge of a wooden table (;

    If it's a hardware issue, i.e. button is stuck, just send the iPod to Apple and make a warranty claim...
