Will any of the apps be free? Or do you think they'll charge for pretty much all of the apps?

And will the apps in the AppStore be as creative as some of the apps you can get when you jailbreak?

The developers will set the price, and some will be free.

There are strict "guidelines" for the developers like no apps can run in the background and whatnot. It will be interesting to see what becomes of the whole thing.

LOL. It will be funny to try and see Apple enforce all of the "App Rules"

Apple will probably check everything before it is put on the store, so enforcing the rules shouldn't be too hard.

It all depends on the devs.

so is this the end of install.app? or is the app store a offical version by apple?
will we still be able to use installer and will installer still be free?

no, paying $99 just allows you to use the appstore to deliver your apps. you still can set the prices you want.

and there'll still be many apps that the appstore doesn't allow, like summerboard, customize etc, that go out of bounds as far as what apple allows you to access on your device. so no doubt they'll still be distributed free by developers, but have to be installed through jailbreak, and most likely installer.app
