    Did you download Screenshot App?

    If so...THATS that problem.

If you can connect to SSH, then your in luck.

    if its the screenshot app
reboot like 15-20 times and it will stop flashing long enough to go into installer and un-install it.

Lol, calm down... your ipod is fine... but if you cant get Screenshot uninstalled, then your going to have to Restore.

    1. Tap the screen like crazy Bro...

    2. If that doesnt work, Force power down your iPod a couple times. Hold the Power button, and the Home button for like 10 Seconds.

If that does not work... then... (Dum Dum Dum) your going to have to force restore.

    1. Open iTunes on your Computer.

    2. Power down your iPod all the way.

    3. Ok, on your iPod, hold down the Home button (While its off)

    4. Now, plug the iPod cable in. It should power on automatically. Keep holding the home button.

    5. It should come up with a picture, like when you first got your iPod. (iPod cable pointing at iTunes symbol thing)

    6. iTunes will ask you to restore your iPod.

    7. Restore!

    8. Done!
