First of all this is my first post so apologies if this question's been answered. We have had to exchange our ipod touch for a new ipod due to a fault on the old one. Before I took the old ipod back I synced (at least I thought I did). When I came to import the apps etc onto the new touch I cannot find them. I have signed into my itunes account but all it shows is my new ipod touch. I've kept reseting the new ipod to factory settings with still no joy.
I'm more concerned about my calendar and contacts info that I synced.

    I appreciate all the help

So the Apps menu in your iPod's information page is empty?

It's a new iPod, just restore your apps, then restore from a backup [assuming you made a backup], and you should be all set.
