A couple days ago, I found a bill on my account for Sketches and FrisbeeGolf. Both are apps I did not want to buy. I clicked Report A Problem, and told them that I did not buy those applications. A few days later, I receive an Email from iTunes Support. Naturally, I'm a bit peeved that I cannot get a refund for applications that I did not buy. In fact, I'm pissed. I didn't want these apps... and yet my account balance sits at an unsatisfying $6.14. It should be $15. I'm trying to be reasonable here. I see 80 people scam Apple to get Enigmo and stupid Crash Bandicoot free, and yet I have an actual problem here. But alas... I get this response. Well, Whoop-De-F*****-Do! I just got 5 iTunes credits for a music service that I don't even use! Woo Hoo! I'm just so goddamn ecstatic! Wouldn't you be? So, looking back, 80 people get free applications for saying that they accidentally bought the app. I say that I didn't buy the app, yet I still have to pay for these 2 horrible apps that I did not want. My question to Apple is, is accidentally buying something more worthy of a refund than getting your account compromised? I think not.
