A couple days ago, I found a bill on my account for Sketches and FrisbeeGolf. Both are apps I did not want to buy. I clicked Report A Problem, and told them that I did not buy those applications.

A few days later, I receive an Email from iTunes Support.

Naturally, I'm a bit peeved that I cannot get a refund for applications that I did not buy. In fact, I'm pissed. I didn't want these apps... and yet my account balance sits at an unsatisfying $6.14. It should be $15.

I'm also a bit peeved that 8 damn pages of people got their refund.
    See http://www.ifans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=80127

I reply to her saying this.

I'm trying to be reasonable here. I see 80 people scam Apple to get Enigmo and stupid Crash Bandicoot free, and yet I have an actual problem here. But alas... I get this response.

    Well, Whoop-De-F*****-Do!
I just got 5 iTunes credits for a music service that I don't even use! Woo Hoo! I'm just so goddamn ecstatic! Wouldn't you be?

So, looking back, 80 people get free applications for saying that they accidentally bought the app. I say that I didn't buy the app, yet I still have to pay for these 2 horrible apps that I did not want.

My question to Apple is, is accidentally buying something more worthy of a refund than getting your account compromised?

    I think not.

    lol @ "Enjoy!"

Also was this less than 7 days ago? Under distance selling regulations even if you bought them yourself you can get a refund within 7 days.

I know really? And yes, it was under 7 days ago.
Unfortunately, the iTunes Terms and Service say no refunds. Yet 80 people did get refunds...

just report another problem and say i inadvertanly purchased this app. and then under the comments say i didnt mean to buy this and wish to receive a refund, this worked for me 3 times so try it

and if that doesnt work, you could always go buy a $40 app and then report that same problem and put apple out $40 just as a "screw you". of course theres some risk that they wouldnt refund.

but these days hey lawyers will sue for anything lol

This Is why I hate apple and their support to us people, they never seem to fix my problems, like when i told them that i lost my jan upgrade, they said that they could not give me a link to download and that i was F****d, so yeah, they suck

Terms of service is overridden by law. Their terms don't matter.
