To be honest, I'm pretty disappointed too. The only serious tweak for keyboard tweak is Color Keyboard, and that falls way short of what could be done. Cydia is so sad anymore, I totally agree. I've only installed one package in nearly six months, I'm just totally bored with it. I might have to join the Android club... :(

Well, Huawei just introduced the P1 and the P1 S, the world's thinnest (for now) smartphone here, http://www.phonescoop.com/articles/article.php?a=9606 and it's stock Android running on hardware that Cyanogenmod has already been developed for so you can get the hardcore performance that the phone should give. Mobile World Congress is coming up too, some nice devices may pop up there as well. And the Galaxy Nexus is here if you like updates officially, even though there will always be a ROM available. With everything available, you can always choose a device custom fitted to your needs.

That's one thing I appreciate about Android, it's all up to you. Instead of just one phone to choose from, with one OS, there's many phone with the same OS, but highly customized to your wants!

I just tried out an ICS MIUI port [ not one of the GB ones with the ICS frameworks, but a port of a port for my device], and I was pretty pleased with the new keyboard.

HD2. I'm back on Gingerbread MIUI for now though, until an offical port comes out [ or a fully finished unofficial one].

I tried ICS MIUI yesterday, but the interface was sort of choppy (.worse than GB MIUI), even with HW acceleration supposedly enabled... so I just went back to stock ICS since it's the smoothest thing available for my phone right now.
