I updated my iTouch to 1.1.3 and purchased new apps and everything was fine... But I got bored with having no old apps that I used to have when it was Jailbreaken and downgraded to 1.1.1 finished without any errors or problems but when my iTouch started up it had that loading circle thing on middle of my screen and it just kept restarting my springboard... How can I solve this thing I tried restoring and it did not work.... HELP PLEASE... Thanx Here is the wideo of what I am talking about.....

Sorry for being lazy and not watching the video (I prefer text over YouTube) but did you restore from you previous iPod, or did you restore COMPLETELY?

The same thing happened to me, except I have always been on 1.1.1 and my iPod kept restarting. I restored from my previous iPod, and it did the same. So I restored fresh, and it fixed it.

try to plug in to your computer open itune then hold both sleep and home button for some time thenn release the sleep button. itune should detect a ipod in recovery mod and restore.
