Ok So Earlier on tonight I dropped my laptop outta bed by accident and it landed on my Ipod touch which was charging. anyways result: cracks allover the screen .

I bought my Ipod At christmas , S normally it is still under warranty, But I also jailbroke it with blackRa1n so my warranty is voided in the software way . will this stop apple repairing my screen ? if so how do I erase all traces of the jailbreak ? i cant DFU because I can't actually see my screen ..
    Help ...

I'm 16 and i'm freaking stressed out , Please give me advice

I hear that if you restore your iPod the warranty is not voided.

Well, you can still DFU. It's simple. Hold power+home button for 10 SECONDS then release power button and keep holding home button till iTUNES sees it in recovery mode

Yep, that would work too. Goodluck with the destroyed iPod.

    dammit. make your own thread.

you don't have to be able to see ur screen to DFU. and doesn't a normal restore just do the same?
