Upgrading from 2.1.1 Jailbroken 2G ipod Touch to 3.0
    wasn't a good idea
i can't access all the jailbroken files, but they're still there

What Im doing at the moment is I aptBackup and got the text file of all my JB apps. Im now restoring my ipod back to the factory settings, cleaning the space including all the JB stuff. Then I will update to 3.0.

Yup, that's why when I upgraded I went into SSH and deleted all of my apps plus went into DFU and restored. I want a clean fw when I jailbreak again so I figured thats the best way.
