i'm a huge fan on offline reading. one of the reason why is because during my morning commute, I am underground, no wifi, no phone service. RSS is great, but most of the appl required you to be online inorder to read. When I had my pda (WM6) and currently on the smartphone, i used this program called isilo which read pdb. i generate them using isilox on my pc every morning and sync them over. i search and search and only to find out so far that nothing is available for the ipod touch. unless i am not looking hard enough???

    My bad

How to read, access web pages OFFLINE!

    1. Go in to installer and install two thangs.
    a. HistoryDL
    b. Books (the ebook reader)

    2. Go to safari and go to a webpage that you want to be able to read offline.

    3. Go to HistoryDL and click on were you just were and click download on the top right hand corner.

    4. Go back to the book reader, and look for the URL of the page you just downloaded.

This is not the only way to access pages offline, but the easiest to set up online.
