So guys, I have recently jailbroken my iPod touch 2g (tethered redsnow), and i want to know if anyone has succeded to use the Offline-Maps application on the 2G.

I've been trying here for maybe 2 hours already, and I cant import files from the normal Map application cache.

Plus I created the /var/mobile/Media/Maps folder and i put there the MapTiles.sqlitebd file but even though i dont think this could solve the problem - I could not locate the file com.apple.Maps.plist.

Can someone tell me where is it located in the iPod 2g?

PS:I've tried the last version of the app, and now im continuing the attempts with the 2.1.0-3 version on a 2.2.1 iPod FW.

Thanks in advance for any hints,
    Keplers

The com.apple.Maps.plist file is located in ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Maps.plist on the 2G

So when you open terminal on your iPod type in:
    cd ~/Library/Preferences/

Then type in ls to view the contents of that folder and the fifth or sixth file is com.apple.Maps.plist

    Hope I helped
