Well it's great to have it match her hair color, but you need to make the minutes a bit more orange and add some alpha. In my opinion.
Lockscreen: Clock is Minimalistic Text. Slider is It's Minimal (v1). Main page: Clock is mClock with the MIUI-Revamped theme. The quotes are displayed via the Brilliant Quotes & Quotations widget. Dock icons are from the Suave HD theme for GO Launcher EX. Apps & weather page (left of main page): The shortcuts are placed in an 8x6 grid, with the iPhonious icon pack. The weather widget is Weather Forecast Widget (donate), using the pre-installed theme, and a transparent background (you need the donate version to change the background, which is set to semi-transparent grey otherwise). Media page (left of main page): The music player widget is PlayerPro. I'm happy with it for the moment
I am jealous of that icon you got there for the screenshot app! Mine is so fricking ugly... Other than that, it bugs me when people leave the dock as stock Launcher Pro icons. There's NOTHING wrong with doing so, it just bugs me. You don't need to change it though, it's fine if that's what's best for you. Otherwise always check this, it works wonders. That's where I get ALL my icons.

Lockscreen (not keeping it this way) Slide Pac Man over to the ghost to unlock, and it makes the sound of Pac Man when he dies as it unlocks the phone. And the background is much much less blurry on the phone, hardly even noticeable.
