Well yes I've searched but wifi is such a broad topic/issue, I couldn't find anything relevant. Anyway, here's my problem. When I go to settings>wi-fi, it finds my home network, lets me choose it then when I use safari or iTunes Music Store it says it can't connect. No real error specified, it just says Safari can't open this page. I can connect to my dad's password protected WEP network, but it's obnoxious entering his password every time I reboot and whatnot. Anyone have any idea as to why it'd find my network but then for some reason not allow me on? Also - I have successfully connected to my home network from someone else's iPod Touch in the past.

Try going into settings and setting DNS to the same thing as Router.

I would, but now for some reason when I go to my network settings on the iTouch it shows no values in IP Address, Subnet Mask, etc. in DHCP BootP or Static

...So I can't really set the DNS to the same thing as the router when I don't know it.

P.S. Sorry for being a noob, just got my iTouch today ;/
