Unlike most peoples Installer.app whose crash on launch, mine crash just as it's starting to install a package so I literally can't install anything, and it's starting to tick me off, has anyone had a similar or the same problem, here are some specs of my iPod, if they help:

    -1.1.4, ZiPhone
    _8gb
    -Running Poof.app and categories

    Any help is greatly appreciated

yeah I guess it could use a little clarification... uninstall some applications and then download a thing called "BossTool" it will allow you to free up space on your OS Partition, meaning that it moves your Applications folder to the Media Partition and creates a Symbolic link so that it is a seamless transition.

Geez, I feel like such a noob for not knowing this, I've been jailbreaking since October, but I guess I just never downloaded too many apps. You were most definitely right about my problem, it says I got 0mb/300mb free on /, however when I hit relocate apps, nothing changes

In that case, you might have to rejailbreak.... lots of fun I know

Wow, you've gotta be kidding me, can't I just manually relocate them?

You can try, but it's hard to set a sym link without the help of terminal... Bosstool will sometimes only partially do the symlink which is very hard to undo. All you can do is go into WinSCP or something to try it out.

If you have WinSCP and SSH enabled, then you can do it manually just by running a few commands, which is exactly what BossTool does.

In WinSCP, press crtl-t. Terminal will open in a new window. Then just copy and paste the commands here

Okay, turns out I made a huge mistake, because I didn't uninstall quite enough apps before installing Boss Tool, Boss Tool installed improperly, therefore it didn't work, but thanks for all the help anyways
