I have an issue with my iPhone 3g 16GB, and i read that O2 arnt seling this model anymore, so if i get this replaced do i get the 3gs? or what...

if they send a refurb id like some money back tbh seeing as refurbs arnt worth £440 lol (price i payed)

So yeah, do i get a refurb or a 3gs model? when i replaced my 1st gen ipod nano i got the new model (i know its differant

you would most likely get a new "old stock" or a refurb unless there were no more refurb's or old stock available. if they were "out of stock" on the refurbs and old stock, AND couldnt fix yours, then you MIGHT get a 3gs.
