nvram: Error (-1) setting variable - 'boot-args' ...error in vt-100

    when i try to switch to verbose boot i get this error after i click return in ipod after typing command....i just upg to 1.1.4 and jailbroke

    solution?

    I got the same thing when using vt-100, so I ssh'd in and used its terminal to input the command and it worked.

    yea, i got same, i used putty and it worked fine

    Did u remember to log in as root? Or did u just type it?

    With the new terminal you have to type "su root" and then "alpine"

    Then try the nvram stuff

    alpine didn't work for me. Did the term guys change the password or am I just completely incompetent with the iPod keyboard?
