Does anyone know how to get the numeric battery on the 4th gen touch?

I know that you can get it through Sbsetting and Bossprefs but that's not what i want, i am looking for the plist editing, where you get the official apple toggle.

There used to be a file on/System/Library/CoreServices/Springboard.app/
called M68AP.plist which you could edit and enable it, but i can't seem to find it.

anyone know where it could have been moved?

After I JBroke my iDevice, I got SB Settings. After upgrading to iOS 4.1, I lost my jailbreak but I did a restore and, BAM!, numeric battery appeared from nowhere.
