    Hey guys

    I've got a question :

2 Weeks ago the first posts came out about redsnow etc.

I read a lot of those posts, but it's really getting on my nerves, i didnt't concentrated on the jailbreak but now its over 2 weeks ago and theres no sign anymore, so what is now exactly the problem????

The dev team are working hard on the 2g jailbreak but it's tethered at the moment. there is no eta for the 2g jailbreak and they said they will only release the tethered jb as a last resort.

wow... people are impatient. in other home brew scenes people had to wait many months for anything to be released. It would be announced as a hello world then 8 months later something useful would actually come of it.

I remember waiting months for the early PSP firmware exploits to be found. You just have to be patient. These things take time.

The iPhone Dev team have made a jailbreak patch which is stored in your iPods ram. How ever, when you switch your iPod off the patch is lost from the ram. I think that's what the problem is any way.

yes, and they are trying to find a way to stop the bootROM from checking the LBB so they can patch the LBB and allow the patch.
