Don't you all hate it when you someone quotes you, and you already know which thread so you check it out, but the orange notification is still there? I just wanted to suggest that we make it so that once the thread with the quote is viewed, the notification goes away. And there could be an "opt out" option, of course. Anyone else agree?
I usually don't check subscribed threads unless I see a notification. But I guess that could get annoying.
It does. For example, I was browsing a thread, and saw that someone quoted me, and even responded to their post. But now to get rid of the annoying notification, I have to view my post quotes again, even though I just responded to the post so therefore I obviously know about it and don't need to be notificated.
