    where can you find the general ssh app in installer? I just jailbroke 1.1.2 and it installed SSH for me, and im gonna jailbreak 1.1.3, so it will get rid of it. but where can i find the SSH app in installer? I just want to be prepared. Because in the past ive installed openssh, and i open it for the first time and i see SSH for 2 seconds but then i dont see it again when i re-open it. But when i had ssh installed, it stayed there. So, in short, in installer, where is the SSH app in installer? not openssh, just plain SSH?

    Ok heres the deal with SSH:

    When SSH was installed with the 1.1.2 jailbreak, it installed SSH, then installed a switching app for you to use.

    Now, that doesnt apply to 1.1.3 because the jailbreak method is different.

    SSH itself is not an app, well it is, but its not

    It runs in the background, listening for connections.

    Any SSH 'app' you might see on your ipod is just a switch.

    OpenSSH = SSH
