I have an iPod Touch just recently winpwned.
As I was restoring to my custom firmware, my computer gave me the blue screen.

My iPod is on the connect ipod to itunes screen, but yet my computer doesn't detect it.

    How do I fix?

try plugging it in to a different USB port. Worked for me.

    Re-install windows. Blue-screen means it's dead.
