First of all: I am deeply sorry that I am not able to search around to find a solution for this, but I dont have time for the moment so I am unable to search.

Anyways, I want to put customize into my ipod Touch and I have already downloaded it and I know it's supposed to work (I got it off a sticky topic in this forum). But I have absolutely no idea of what to do now. I have downloaded the WinSCP ssh program if its necessary to know.

I would really appreciate some help here on how to actually do this.

EDIT: Lol XD Forgot to mention that I have jailbroken my iPod and I do have installer on it. I know the basics of it aswell.

wow.. um.. do you have installer on your ipod? (btw, did you even jailbreak it?)
it would make it so much easier...
anyway, if you don't have installer, you didn't jailbreak so use ziphone (search forum)
then go into installer, refresh source, search customize 2.0, download, voila

    Did you jailbreak your iPod?
If you did download open ssh
    Go to the Winscp program
For host name type in your IP(found by going into settings/wifi/click on the little arrow by your wifi) and it will say the ip
    Username:root
    pass:alpine

Log in(it will take 30-35 seconds)
    go to /
    Put customize in applications
    and set permissions to 755
Hold control and click everything in the folder customize when its in the apps folder
right click and click properties and set permissions to 755
    Respring ipod and done

Isnt there another program that doesnt use wifi to install applications? Like you plug in your iPod in your comp and stuff.

Tried that one but it always crashes. I need to get a modded version of it.

    Don't steal other people's threads.

Install BossPrefs and make sure SSH is on. If it is, quit Winscp and reboot your iPod.

if you used ziphone you can still use igopher you just need the ziphone ibrikr fix
after you get that you can use iphone pc suite to put the apps you downloaded manually (via internet) and change permissions if you need to
