    that sucks. you should just hop the border one of these days, buy what you need to buy, then go back. or have the company ship everything to some guy in the USA [ur friend / familymember] and then have him mail it to you or something. just suggesting an idea

    It's been thought of and done for years. It is illegal. You have to claim what you bring back and pay tax on it.

    you'd jailbreak an ipod, but wouldn't use a third party to get cheaper headphones?

    Lol.. Ya. Jailbreaking is not illegal. And I would rather deal with Apple, than the Canadian Customs officials

    even if u paid the tax, it would still end up significantly cheaper. they cant charge $70 for a pair of $30 headphones (hopefully not at least)
