I am going to assume you are running windows. if you are on a mac, im afraid I can't help you, since I don't know anything about them!

okay, so lets say your larger HD is the E:\ drive.

Make a new folder on the E:\ drive, lets call it Wiki.

Move the indexer.exe and the enwiki-latest-pages-articles.xml.bz2 into E:\Wiki

Go to the start menu and then "Run".

type in "cmd" (without the quotes)
This will bring up the command prompt.
Type in "cd E:\Wiki\indexer enwiki-latest-pages-articles.xml.bz2" (again without the quotes and of course substituting your drive letter for E:\)

Let the indexer do its thing!
It should produce a file called Articles.bin in the E:\Wiki folder.

The Articles.bin file goes in /private/var/root/Media/Wikipedia/en/ folder on your ipod.

Unfortunately the app does not have an update feature. The only way to update is download the latest enwiki-latest-pages-articles.xml.bz2 file from wikimedia and repeat the above steps using the new file.

    Hope this helps.
