Not advertised correctly

    I don't think the iPods are advertised that truthfully. Why? Example: The 16GB iPod Touch (2g at least) can only really hold 14.5GB due to the OS. Don't you think that's a little misleading?

    Yyeah Same here

    Well actually if you look at all the hard drives in the world they are all like that.

    This happens because of bad sectors in the Drive. Therefore making them unusable.

    nah. it is because they cannot made to be EXACTLY, say 8GB. it must be a bit more or a bit less, and apple opts for the cheaper option of a bit less x)

    That's because you have a 32GB. No, it's not misleading, the actual capacity is 16GB.

    Part of the Hard Drive is reserved for processing, and then of course the OS takes up a chunk. If you need more space upgrade to 32Gb or delete unused music/videos/apps.
