Ok so i installed the run rs and it worked once and i got it start back up. But now i can't get it to start up. I tried one for the original jailbreak and now the run rs with the jailbreaking app.

    This is what it does.

Your putting your iPod into DFU. You don't need to do that

u forgot to patch the iBSS before restoring.. ask jaik about that; i never did it; i downloaded a custom firmware to make my life easier.

ALSO try using this if u cant boot. just run this while the usb is pointing to the itunes logo

I have a PC, so i'm not sure how similar the steps on a Mac are, but is iRecovery needed also?

PC Side: cmd > iRecovery -s > run rs

    Same thing for Mac?
