iOS 4.0 No WiFi on iPod Touch 2G with OS4.0

    hi,

    since i have os 4 running i cannot connect to my wifi router at home. anyone of you facing the same problem?

    It works great, but I'm on a 3G (iPod touch) with 4.0 beta 1.

    Did you try to reset Network Settings ?

    I have to enter my password for my wifi network and when it tries to connect i get a message "connection failed"

    Then retype your password on router (keep in mind they are case sensitive!), also check if your security is set to common standard, WPA2 with AES should be the best. Also maybe you got MAC locks in your router, check this also

    I never had any problems connecting before i installed OS4, i didn't change anything else...

    what network settings am i supposed to reset? the ones on the ipod or the ones of the router?

    i tried entering the informations on ipod manually, but no chance, it's not going to connect...
