Do not install from iPhoDroid. This tool has been shunned by the community for a reason. Please install openiBoot manually and then install iDroid through Bootlace.

Will WEP encrypted WiFi work? And they have been shunned for a reason.. What may that be?

The developer was unwilling to release the source code of his tool even though it is based on an open source project (which is an obligation).

The iDroid Dev Team decided to consolidate all the various builds (ddFroyo2G etc.) into one to help iron out bugs and boost development and Sergio McFly was changing the code used in his builds, which meant that it was outdated and buggy. After being inundated with help threads, they decided to closed the forum section for it. At the same time they introduced Bootlace, the official installation app of the iDroid Project. Use that instead.
