for some reason when i play videos eventualy they will lose sound and crash to the video playlist. People in modmyifone IRC said it was because i used ziphone, so i re-jailbroke it with iLiberty+ and the issue is still occuring.

    Please help!

it might be the computer you are on. If it's a widnows, restore and use ziphone. Macs work well with ZiPhone aslo, I ahve a mac and a pc and I have been successful in jailbreaking more than 30 ipods for kids at school.

If you keep having problems, give apple care support a call, the waaranty is still intact until a year after bought and since the touches came out in september, you still have a warranty. Worse comes to worse, just go to an apple store nearby and explain the problem.

Don't forget t restore if you go to apple.

    Happy to be of assisstance,

    Elkin

Delete the firmware and redownload it, it may be corrupted...

It happens to me sometime. All you gotta do, is when you lose sound, check what time the movie is at, let it crash, then open the video again and fast foward to that time.
