No "Settings" Icon?

    I just upgraded (of course) to 3.0.

    And I DO NOT have a "Settings" Icon.....what should I do? Restore and Re-Load Firmware?

    I know it's not, but restoring from backup will carry over the thing that makes icons visible/invisible.

    And when restoring, you can't restore from backup or it'll go away again.
    I'd suggest waiting for a jailbreak to get something to unhide it if you care about your backup data.

    I restored it from a backup...probably the wrong thing to do!! I'm gonna restore it as New iPod

    yup!! did a restore (without back up) and it's all good now...except my iPod looks like a virgin LOL
