I'm running a jailbroken iphone 3g on 3.1 and I can no longer get a progress bar to pop up in my ipod. I touch the middle of the screen on the album art but nothing happens. It's stuck on shuffle mode and I need to get the progress bar to pop up to see if that shuffle is on. I'm assuming Apple did not get rid of the progress bar. Anyone else having this problem or have a suggestion? Bug from the 3.1 jailbreak?

You can try restoring. Then re-jailbreaking.
    Hope it helps

    FFS, signature!

Have you tried restarting the iPhone first?

yeah I've tried restarting it, doesn't help. And I'd rather not restore and rejailbreak just yet. I wanted to see if this was happening to other people or if it was specific to me and a rejailbreak would fix it.

Never restore until at least 12 idiots tell you to.

What happens when you try Safe Mode (via SBSettings)

Try to press the album art with two fingers.

Definetly try safe mode and a respring and a hard reset and then restore after doing that 500 times
