    New Flash Plug-In For iPhone

Flash? On iPhone?? Impossible! Well pick your jaws off the floor and keep on reading.

iPhone dev. Steven Troughton-Smith has ported the flash plug-in from the desktop version of safari oner to mobile safari (on all idevices) the way he did this was he found that the plug-ins that run of safari on mac can run very easly on mobile idevices. In the video he posted on his website he showed off an online flash game running very smoothly without any stuttering. Flash on other Devices (Example: nexus one) has shown to be very stutery and very laggy, as well as a big memory and resource hog. So far with this video it's looking good. However, this demo was running on the iPad emulator so hopefully it will run as smooth as it does on this emulator. This will most likely be only for iPhone 3gs and iPad as well as the new "iPhone HD"

If you read it carefully, he ported one of his iPhone games to run as a Safari plugin, not Flash.
