No matter which guide I use I can't get a white screen.

    I cannot obtain the white screen. Using Cyw00d's GUI can anyone please tell me how to do it properly with installing the C++ properly. Please.

    It's because you aren't in dfu mode. Learn to search.

    LibUSB installer correctly?

    Yeah, make sure LibUSB is installed correctly.

    And make sure you're in DFU.
    Hold power and home for 10 seconds.
    Then just keep holding the home button for about 20 seconds.

    Dont I just click on it using cyw00d's GUI to install it?

    How do I do it properly?

    Then you aren't connected to your computer. Does your ipod show up on itunes?

    Yes it shows up on iTunes.
    So how do I install it properly?

    Currently ALL GUI'S Need the help of LibUSB Heres the link

    Extract iRecovery.rar using WinRAR

    then install iRecovery Folder You will see the LibUSB .exe file if your in Vista/7 Right click on it>Properties>Compatibility>Windows XP SP2

    If you have XP Disregard that step/

    You have to be on Vista 32 bit, if you want that tow work.
    If you are on Vista 64 bit, you need to find a tutorial that is Vista 64 bit tutorial specific. If you don't your USB ports will stop working, and you will get a BSOD
