Hi guys, I have a question.
When I try to jaibreak, I power up limera1n, follow the instructions. After a while it says done, but the limera1n logo should show up on my ipod. It doesnt. Just the connect to iTunes logo, and when I reboot, there is no limera1n (and no white icon either).

    Please help!

    Thanx in advance...

    I did:
    - power up device, connect it, and start iTunes.
    - Click make it ra1n
    - Press home + power buttons
    - Release powerbutton
    - Release home button when in DFU mode.
    - Wait, nothing happens, except the 'connect to iTunes' screen...

    What do I do wrong?

if its on the connect to itunes screen its not in DFU mode, DFU mode is a completely black screen....

just what it tells you to do, a lot of 3g owners are having problems with DFU mode and a lot of people arent sure why, i heard you can try holding onto the power button just a bit longer, but not for too long after
