So, when I do this command:
    C:\Walter\xpwn>irecovery.exe -s arm7_stop

I get a message that says it can't find an iPhone or iPod Touch. Im in DFU, any suggestions?

Did you install the .exe that came with iRecovery? (If in Vista install in XP compatibility)

You're not supposed to type the command yet...

    Just do C:\Walter\xpwn>irecovery.exe -s

    Then press enter.

if you are on vista: sorry, no possibly way on vista (as i'm aware)
if you are on XP: you need a copy of libUSB it should have come with you copy of iRecovery

Like I stated, just run libUSB in XP compatibility. This is done by right clicking on the file.

Do I right click the file before I install it? Or do I install it and then set the installed version to windows compatibilty? I have tried setting it to windows xp before installing, and even restarted my computer, but I'm still getting the same error.

is weird, ppl say must run in DFU mode, but i was in DFU mode and iRecovery say no iphone found.

if i run in Recovery Mode, then iRecovery find my iphone and i can perform help command and printenv.

    any clue...?
