I just JBed my iPod and it's all great except for one thing,
    I can't connect to WiFi.

The thing is, that the ipod shows as if it is connected to my home network,
    but no app can connect...

here's a screenshot: (notice the wifi symbol on the top right corner)

im having wifi issues after jailbreaking as well..

my friends ipod touch 2g is not jailbroken, and his will connect to wifi, while mine will not.
same connection, same distance from the router. his works, mine does not.

when it wasnt jailbroken, mine would easily connect to this router...

UPDATE: and fyi, its not ALL connections...but if an unjailbroken ipod is able to connect to a router, why cant mine?

This happened to me before I even jailbroke (never even did that yet) and all I did was reset my router. Hope that helps.

i wish it were that easy..
i have tried resetting the router several time already.

today, i was looking through cydia, and if you go to "Bypassing Code checks" then look at "option #3", it talks about issues connecting to unsecure wifi.
so, i disabled the security on the router, but still no luck.
my ipod touch cannot connect, but one that is not jailbroken has no problems connecting.
    seriosly, wtf?

This makes me reconsider jailbreaking. Is this a widespread problem?

Sounds like your ipods are trying to use an internal IP address already assigned to another machine. Try putting a static IP address for your iPods in your router and then in your iPods and see what happens.
