I know it feels kinda awkward not not have the usual Installer.app after you jailbreak!! The same happened to me too, and tell you what it happened about 5 hours ago!
Just use ZiPhone GUI 1.0. Mark Jailbreak & Verbose Boot (or something like that), then hit start, and your done. What's more, you don't have that crappy Zibri's Blog bookmark on your homescreen!

    Cheers.

Try rebooting your iPod, may work...

    If not try jailbreaking again.

Why would you use that outdated version of ZiPhone?
The current version (2.6b) can be downloaded on zibri's site (google it)
And if you see no installer on your springboard, it means you havent jailbroken your iPod!!!! (since it looks exactly the same as a fresh iPod)

    Reboot comp/iPod
    Try again
if not work, try different USB/Computer

What I would do is put my ipod in restore mode and then go back to 1.1.4 and jailbreak it again

cydia? I am kind of new with all this and have no idea what that is.....
I only get an extra app which launches ZiPhones blog and futher it shows no signs of being jailbroken whilst ZiPhone gives no errors or what so ever
